Happiness is....Hiking with friends (My First Trek after a long time)

'Unforgettable', is all I can say about my first trekking experience after a long time. Beautiful views, mountains, greenery, the trail itself, weather, far away from crowd and boring daily routine and probably most important.. travelling with friends made this experience a memorable one.

Bhagsunag waterfall is a must-see attraction in Mcleodganj. Shiva-dedicated waterfalls can be found in Bhagsunag, a sacred settlement in the Dharamshala hills. It's a stunning emerald paradise at 6,960 feet above sea level just waiting for you to see its magnificence.

Lost in the mountains

"It’s not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves."

It's a wonderful place to spend a morning, afternoon, or perhaps an entire day because of the undulating hills, cascading waterfalls, temples, and cafés that are nearby.

People throng to these waterfalls to cool themselves during India's perpetual summer and the sultry monsoon days. Therefore, refusing to join them would be disrespectful.

It's fortunate that the Bhagsunag waterfall is close to Mcleodganj's main intersection and is simple to get on foot because, alas, there aren't many tuk-tuks that travel through this area.

This small alpine sanctuary captured my heart. Compared to the cities in the Indian subcontinent, it was incredibly clean and fresh. It was good to unwind and cool off here in the clouds as I was here in the rain.

Before you already start painting a picture of the café in your head just by looking at the name, let’s tell you what this café is all about. It is one of the nicest and most well-known cafés in Mcleodganj, and tourists from all over the world frequent it. This location has a hippie feel with relaxed moods and stunning views. (While your thoughts may be wandering at the moment, this location has much more to offer!)

After the long trail of hiking and tiredness, this is the best place... The café has a calm, pleasant atmosphere and offers a wide selection of delectable foods on its menu. While chowing down on some of the café's delectable momos or a steaming bowl of their renowned Maggi, the Musical atmosphere of the cafe takes you to the memories of friendship with hints of 90's tunes in the 21st century.
